Bedugul - Candikuning
Bedugul, 18 km north of Denpasar and 1400 meters above sea level, is known for its excellent golf course. The three lakes of the area provide the water for the fields, rivers and springs on the plains below. Lush pine forests make for clean air. The area renowned for its fruit and vegetables. A beautiful sight is the "Ulun Danu" temple which seems to rise out of the lake Beratan.

Gitgit Waterfall
To the south of Singaraja is Gitgit Waterfall, Bali’s highest waterfall. This beautiful wilderness area is a must for nature lovers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger towns. This is a perfect place to take photographs of Bali’s magical scenery.

Sangsit, Lovina Beach
West of Singaraja on Bali's northern coast is a beach resort spread across four adjacent villages. Lovina is for those who like still waters (no surf) and are not fussy about the colour of the beach. You may even encounter some local dolphins. Many cheap losmens are situated right on the beach.
